Blox Monsters Bloodlines
Your bloodline is the single most impactful decision of your early game in Blox Monsters. It is an account-wide passive buff – better catch chance, rank luck, hatch speed or mutation odds – that quietly multiplies everything you do for hundreds of hours.
This guide lists all 13 bloodlines with exact buffs, explains slots and rerolls, and ranks every option so you know exactly when to stop rerolling.
What Are Bloodlines?
Think of bloodlines as your trainer's race or talent system. Each one grants permanent passive bonuses across these stats: Catch Chance, Rank Luck, Mutation Chance, Hatch Time, Movement Speed, Hidden Monster quality and Legendary Trait chance.
Because the buffs apply to every catch and every egg forever, a good bloodline compounds harder than almost any monster upgrade. Rolling one should be the very first thing you do – the NPC stands in Misty Forest, right of the Egg Hatcher, near spawn.

- Florahare Half a Milofoy – keep until you roll better
- Snow Queen Mutation hunting on a budget
- Stormwing Small rank luck bump
- Dreadspike Weakest catch buff; outclassed fast
- Blizzardy Movement speed only – reroll it
How to Unlock Slots & Rerolls
- Walk to the Bloodline NPC in Misty Forest (near spawn, to the right of the Egg Hatcher).
- Use your 3 free rerolls – every new account gets them plus one bloodline slot.
- Reach level 7 to unlock a second bloodline slot for free.
- Additional slots and extra rerolls are currently Robux-only purchases via the same NPC.
There is currently no free-to-play way to earn extra rerolls, so do not waste the starter three. A reasonable stopping rule: keep anything A-tier or better, and accept Milofoy or Snowbloom rather than gambling your last reroll.
Best Bloodline Combinations
Once your second slot opens at level 7, pair bloodlines to cover whole gameplay loops:
- Exile Celestial + Picomori – the catching dream: massive rank luck, doubled mutation odds, better catch chance and guaranteed-B hidden monsters.
- Sealed Calamity + Serpent Deity – the hatchery build: stacked hatch-time reduction with mutation and legendary trait bonuses on every egg.
- Exile Celestial + Sealed Calamity – the balanced pick covering both catching and hatching value.
